To help minority contractors compete for the set-asides that have been established, CapStream executive Michael White was on hand in Rochester at an SBA-sponsored event this week to help them secure surety bonding and mobilization funding.

“There were many contractors at the SBA-sponsored meeting,” said White.  “The Highmark Stadium is arguably one of the most high-profile and exciting projects in western New York in decades, and the contractors I met were anxious to score their piece of the pie.”

CapSteam is the only fintech company focused on minority contractors and provides a one-stop destination for surety bonding and mobilization financing.
